Got Goiter?

The other day I woke up, and there was this growth coming out of the side of my head. My hoogirl says it's called a goiter.

If you look closely at this photo as I've diagrammed it below, it shows that what I thought was a goiter is IN FACT Stella-shaped in nature.

It appears that while I was sleeping, Stella suctioned herself onto my head and neck. I had to make sure I could still move my head around once Stella un-suctioned herself.

In case you've been wondering what we've been doing (other than thesis duty for our hoogirl) we've been hanging out, getting fat and fuzzy. My girl thinks I could use a manicure. (Check out my nails in that photo above. They're not that bad.)

Doesn't it look like I'm earless in this photo? My girl wants you to note my front paw there next to the world. Now I say, does that paw need a mani-pedi?

Here's a photo of me at my obedience class. Looks lively doesn't it?

Here's my fave classmate, Gino. He's the coolest bull terrier (behind him is his sister, Stella). He's like a lovable little tank of a pup.

This is Poppie. She's a former prison dog, so she's way ahead of me and most of the other dogs. She's cool about it, though. Not much of a bragger.

Not to leave my sissy out, here are some photos from her obedience class. On the left is Junior, the Shi tzu, and on the right is Maggie the Boxer pup!

Here's a close up of Maggie Girl. She's quite the cutie!

And, in case you were wondering about what Junior's name stands for, it stands for Junior Cassanova-in-training. (Boo, are you giving him private lessons?) He's always trying to smooch on Stella.

She says that these lips are for one dog, and one dog only... (you know who you are, Taffy)!

Do you think it's possible for me to roll my eyes any more obviously? Sheesh! Stella is totally Taffy-crazed! (She also still has fond feelings for Sherman AND Wally, but realizes they already have serious babes of their own. Then she met Taffy and went totally GaGa over him!)

Here you go, Taffy. A couple of photos of your girl... ready for action.

Enjoy the curls now while you can. She's getting a hairecut soon. (She keeps asking which hair our girl is going to cut).

These last 2 photos are of her enjoying a tasty treat from my girlpup, Ruby Bleu...

more on that later...

Goober love & goiter-free,
Stanley

Stanley...it is not fair to scare muzzer that way, she thought you really had a growth. I splained to her that little sisters just feel that way sometimes, like a big growth that won't let go.

Stanny! If you're going to have a goiter, it might as well be furry and cute. I just love Stella. She's so adorable and cute, although I suspect she would be way too much crazy energy for me. I'm a little in love with your bull terrier buddy. I just love the bull dogs.

But Stanny! What's shakin' on your girlfriend front? I know I'm an older woman, and a total flirt, but my nails are easily as long as yours. We could put on flashy collars and be a glam rock couple.

Hi Guys,

it's been a while since I last visited GooberStan and I see that nothing much has changed. Stella is still torturing poor Stanley, who is still the very patient, good-natured gentleman that he always was.

Stan, I don't think you need your nails cut. They look fine to me.

Stella, I don't think you need your hair cut. It looks fine to me.

(Now remember, guys, you owe me one when it is time for my hair-cut, bath, and nail trim. Actually, I am way overdue, but we won't talk about that.)

Glad you are back!

Love ya,

Koobuss Kisses,

Hi Stanley

I have been most appreciative of the photos you have so kindly placed upon your blog of my dearest Stella. She is such a stunning young girl and I am so looking forward to seeing her after her first haircut. I myself am also in the "untidy" mode, sporting a mass of curls. Apparently I am booked in for my Spring coiffeur in the next couple of weeks and then what a magnificent couple my Dear Stella and and I will make.

Wishing you all a good weekend

Please pass the following to my Stella, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

And I would be most grateful if you could keep an eye on those young whippersnappers at her puppy class, they must be made aware of my lifetime commitment to your sister..

Looks like you met lots of nice fur-pals at your obedience training. Louie and I are scheduled to start class March 18th. Mom says we need to learn some manners. Then I get to go on the herding classes. The trainer lady said Louie would not be able to herd since he is deaf and wouldn't be able to hear the commands. I thought Mom was going to cry when she heard that. She is hoping that maybe the lady will let us herd as a team since Louie follows me and copies what ever I do. Keep your paws crossed..
