Hey, pups! It's me, Stella! I'm here to remind you to get your beard measurements and photos to us PRONTO if you're entering the 2nd Annual GooberStanian Beard Competition in honor of our departed buddy, Dovah Doo.
Don't let my beard scare you away! I can't win, since it's mine & Stanley's competition. We've extended the deadline until the end of the day on Tuesday January 6th. Even if you haven't said anything up until now about entering, you can still go for the Overall Longest Beard. And, for those of you without beards, don't forget to enter the Muddiest Face competition.
Our email address is over in the sidebar. Just click the "peemail me" icon and you'll have it. If you want to read more about the rules or why we even have this competition, you can do that here! Remember, we need a photo of your beard (or muddy face) and the measurement. If you are going for the Most Improved Beard prize, then also send your beginning beard measurement from September.
We can't wait to see your entries! We'll post all entries and announce the winners next week!

Thanks for reminding us Stella. We took one measurement a while ago then the stupid heads had us trimmed so I dont think we'll win longest or most improved. Never mind, we'll get onto measuring this avo.

I think that I will be sitting this one out. My beard is only about 2 inches long and my mom won't let me get my face real muddy, so I would not be much of a competitor, unless you have a category for wusses.

We're sorry, but we are going to have to pass on the competition, this year. Right before it started, Aunt Wendy trimmed our beards really short. It had something to do with flinging water all over the dog room and the kitchen! We also don't have any pictures of muddy Airefaces. We do a FINE job of getting muddy paws, but we manage to keep our faces out of it.
Without seeing all the entries, we think Maggie has a good chance at longest beard, Mitch may get most improved and Eric will probably win the muddiest!
